Territorial scope

Preparation
Legal and financial due diligence, binational investment vehicle, map of soils and biomass sources, site selection.
Phase 1 · Months 6–12
Enablement
Registration of bio-inputs with INSAI, environmental permits, dossiers and research agreements.

Construction
Assembly of bio-factories and laboratories, strain bank, backup power and biomass collection network.

Pilot production
First batches, efficacy trials on demonstration plots, audits and validation with international partners.
